1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7ezbet website, mobile-optimised web application, and all services accessible at 7ezbet.app.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and is using the Platform for betting, casino, or related services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or other gambling product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback payment, or other incentive offered by 7ezbet to Players.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion, and related player protection features available through the Account settings.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years old or above. 7ezbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by players under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or under a third party's details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and balances may be voided.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering. You must not use a false identity, another person's mobile number, or fictitious details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. 7ezbet may require identity verification documents at any point.

2.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify 7ezbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

2.5 Jurisdiction. The Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7ezbet does not represent that the services are legal in all locations.

3 Account Use and Prohibited Conduct

3.1 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any entitlement arising from it to any other person.

3.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including use of stolen payment credentials or identity fraud.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical faults for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or sports events through any means.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

3.3 Right to Suspend. 7ezbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 7ezbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported local payment channels. The list of accepted methods may change without advance notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may also apply and will be communicated within the Platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. 7ezbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. 7ezbet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and the volume of requests.

4.5 Verification Before Withdrawal. 7ezbet may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before approving any withdrawal. This may include submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal requests being held until documents are received and approved.

4.6 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7ezbet does not accept foreign currency deposits directly. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.

4.7 Refused Transactions. 7ezbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 7ezbet are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be set out in the individual promotion details available on the Promotion page of the Platform.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or proxy connections may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 7ezbet monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including low-risk matched betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play. 7ezbet reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where abuse is detected.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by 7ezbet. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where live data feeds have been delayed.

6.2 Odds and Pricing. Sports betting odds are set by 7ezbet and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 7ezbet is not responsible for odds displayed due to technical errors and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Markets. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, and ICC tournaments — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or rescheduling, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules.

6.4 Casino Game Results. All casino games offered through the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined independently of the Platform and cannot be influenced by 7ezbet or the Player.

6.5 Disconnections. 7ezbet is not liable for any loss arising from network interruptions, device failures, or internet disconnections during a game or bet placement. Where possible, game states are recorded server-side and restored upon reconnection.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Age Restriction. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. 7ezbet is committed to preventing underage gambling and cooperates fully with any reasonable request to verify the age of a Player.

7.2 Player Protection Tools. Every 7ezbet Account includes access to deposit limits, daily loss limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion tool. These tools are available at any time within Account settings and take effect as follows:

• Deposit limits: Applied immediately upon setting. Increases to a deposit limit require a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss limits: Applied immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion period is 30 days.

8 Privacy and Data

8.2 7ezbet uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform's servers. However, no method of electronic transmission is entirely secure and 7ezbet cannot guarantee absolute security.

9 Intellectual Property

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ezbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

10.2 7ezbet's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 7ezbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Amendments to These Terms

11.1 7ezbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated review date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.2 Where 7ezbet considers a change to be material, reasonable notice will be given via a notification within the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current and to check this page periodically for updates.

12 Governing Language and Disputes

12.1 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail.

12.3 7ezbet aims to resolve all Player complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. Complex disputes may require additional time; you will be informed of progress within that 14-day window.
